Not made with DBP so figured I would post it here. its a C++ winddows console app. simple game, full instructions ASCII graphics (OH yeah) full source code included. Tell me what you think.

Its kind of an RPG. you create a character using the D20 rules and explore random dungeons etc etc.

Fun Game for just Text and a few images, unfortuneatly the combat sytem is kinda lame.

Cocacola and Pepsi aren't that differnt. Deal with it.

it doesn't seem so bad to me. i kind of like these old-type games.

There was an old text RPG I played some years back that I really loved. Kingdom of Kroz? It amazed me that with absolutely no graphics the gameplay could be so fun. I guess that's really going back to pure gaming basics.

Some of my favorite games had poor(compared to its time) or no graphics, I love gameplay. This was an assignment to make a game with just text and this is what I came up with. I wanted to do so much more but ran into a compiler limit that was telling me I had to dedicate more space or some nonsense so I had to scale it back. I was thinking about bringing this into DBP, I bet it could be alot of fun, and pop in a few graphics.
