You're really going to have to elaborate more, as I forgot to bring my psychic helmet with me today. Is that Blue box on the left supposed to be a shotgun?

You should really ready the stickies. Lucky I made one about importing weapons into FPSC, today. This is only half of my tutorial but it should help.

try adjusting the horiz, vert, and forward variable in your gunspec file.

and if that fails I've got an offer open untill the end of August

Actually, the mods only had one psychic helemt and we had to share it.
Then Rich got mad and took it away from us...lol.
As near as I can tell from your picture you have a weapon positioning problem.
If that blue box on the left is indeed your shotgun you need to move it to the right and down some.
Which means you need to increase the horizontal number, decrease the vertical number and try it again.

i think he asked whats wrong with this shotgun, and surely the most obvious error is the fact that the shotgun, is actually a blue cube.

the way to fix this would be to model a shotgun.

well maybe when he modeled it, he modeled it in the wrong position. That could be the reason its just a cube. It could be the butt end of the gun. And the blue is a problem with the alpha lightmapping.
