Well, whatever I have... I have it... I'll try to explain it...

Its higly contagous, if I touch a part of my body with it and touch a part of my body without it it spreads within 15 seconds to that spot.

Its like these big large flat bubbles all over my body... thank god not on my face.. cuz they are sooo itchy...

How in the world will I get rid of this? Its so digusting, and annoying. Have any of you experienced this before?

scroll down to myths vs facts.

Do you really mean 15 minutes or a few hours or so?

If its poision ivy, I suggest calagel.

However if it is spreading in 15 minutes literaly GO TO THE DOCTER.

If it takes a few hours for them to appear its poision ivy...if its a few minutes its somthing that needs immediate help. Just dont get it on your face....that you WILL need to go to the doctor for. Because at first you face is a bumpy and then it gets worse and you face starts to swell. One of my moms eyes was swollen shut because of poison ivy, and thus she was taken to the emergency room.

dont get it into your blood stream.

Dry it out with anything, alchohol will do.

We get it all the time in Gerogia.

mythbusters busted that one, alcohol had no affect on poison oak.

you can use cortizone to relief the itching, but the drug store will have something to get rid of it.

and for god's sake man, dont scratch your nuts or you'll really be in discomfort!

Well, its solving, took it to the Pharmasist, its slowly expanding, but as it expands it gets less itchier and it get smaller in height. So its basically spreading/fading away.

He gave me some tablets and this bath thing where it makes the spots itch less... pretty soothing...

I've had the exact same thing a few days ago (from ragweed). If it's an allergic reaction, see a docotor and you'llbe put on some pills/spray.

And yeah, it was kinda creepy as your skin sorta feels like a soft turtle-shell.

hehe, in australia stuff usually just kills you outright in minutes, vinegar helps prevent further stinging. its usually from box jellyfish when your swimming in the northern tropics. failure to apply vinegar or hotwater can result in death. luckily im a few hours south from beaches like that.

Poison Ivy sounds very unpleasant.

When you're dead, vinegar helps prevent stinging. Right.

or pee on it if possible when no vinegar is available at the beach.
