I am new to scripting so don’t have a go at me for asking this but can you use a switch to turn off another entity appear no gravity script or just make it go from static to dynamic

You should be able to through the use of the FPI Action 'nogravity'.

Ex:

Here if the player's distance if within 50 units then no gravity.
To turn it back on... Maybe

With 'floatrate' maybe another possibility??

that’s very useful but I was kind of hoping I could use a switch so I could pull the switch and say a freight container would fall on someone’s head but maybe if I create a model that looks like a switch then script a press enter trigger I going to go home and try this wish me luck

uh, theres a way to do that with a trigger zone, not sure about a switch though.

Could you ise the switch to activate the trigger zone? If you put the trigger zone toactivate when the switch is used then the trigger zone could make the desired effect.

Just an idea, hope it helps.

well my idea is just to show the press enter sign by a switch but make the switch static I will tell you if it works and post it here but don't hold your breath
