I need to have 1 im making a city lvl just 1 that when u hold the mouse down it shows a light circle or something like that
and yes i have searched and read them

If you ae looking for a flashlight model two come with FPSC.One is in the scifi\items folder and the other is in the WWII\items folder.
If you are looking for a flashlight that shines you are out of luck.
There are various solutions to the problem but no one to date has come up with anything that matches an actual flashlight beam.

well i need one that shines, but i have seen the, but there's a catch you need to ethier pay or it's not released so im not willing to pay and i want 1

you can make 1 the firing rate would be set low and the image would be idk exactily and it would blink but i don't care about that and the damage rate would be 0 so ya
