Geek Culture / Skype phone convertors?

Has anyone tried these convertors that allow you to use your normal phone with skype? Im going to get one but the DLink that I was looking at got some poor reviews. Just thought you guys would have some input.

Yeah I bought one of the converters off ebay about 6 months back. 9 times out of 10 why people give those sorts of things poor reviews is because they are a little too complicated for non-techie people to setup. Some require drivers, some have 20 wires, they are all different. Mine wasn't hard to setup, and the quality is great. I think I spent $30 after shipping on mine and now skype is used more than my landline.

I like the idea of my main phone ringing and being able to use it wirelesly
