I looked around in different forums and found threads about how to make textures and different tools for that, but I was wondering how to change textures of built in segments like rooms and walls and floors. I found the texture folder and stuff but if i have a texture i want to use, where can I do it?

Also I worked on my game and have made different rooms. Can I change the texture of the walls or floor now?

Please advise

Thanks

find the highlighted line in the fps of your choice and change it to fit your needs.

I would recomend getting signs though.

use 512x512, thats what i use and it doesn't lag my game.

if you look in my screenshot, the scroll bar is near the top. you will find several of these lines looking like that. change them all to the textures you want. the segment is seperated into "parts." i do no know which parts are what, so just screw around 'till you figure it out.

thats an excellent practice and indeed much easier than just words. especially for newbs like me who have no clue about scripting so hard where to look for particular things...

I am trying to help people too I believe one can never be an expert and know everything.. always a learning process
