this oderless colourless substance known to chemists or people with that kind of knowledge as being the number one killer in chemical related deaths is being used widely as cleaning solution in our school cafeterias and workplaces.

this substance, dihydrogen monoxide (also known as hydric acid), is so deadly that it is shipped to labs and military bases underground. the majority of new age chemical warfare weapons contain this chemical.

It has reportedly killed an infant with less than a thimble's worth if inhaled. it is a major part of acid rain and is used to corrode metal.

In liquid or gass form it can cause severe burns or suffocation, and in frozen form it may also cause skin damage if one is exposed to it for a period of time.

Some counties around the United States are writing petitions to ban this chemical from general use because of its deadly hazardous properties, one county got so far as 86% voted out the use of this chemical.

Large companies were very hesitant to sign this and replace this chemical they have used to clean with for so long with a more expensive alternative.

What are your views on whether or not it should be allowed in our immediate distinction.

for more facts and information visit www.dhmo.org for a pre written pettion for you and people you know to sign.

we must remember to think critically about a solution to these kinds of things. We are the future.

Get rid of the Chemcal, thats my view. There will always be a way to clean, so if the chemical causes death then why sell it.

Cocacola and Pepsi aren't that differnt. Deal with it.

many people i'm sure share your view

sad no one knows a whole lot about it.

it kills lots and lots every year but it usually just gets swept under the carpet.

most of the popular ones, offbrands probably do as well. The spritzers mainly have this as an ingredient. it also helps dillute the stuff so you can spray more.

you guys are sick bastards, joking around like that.

there are thousands dying every year!!

Lame pun that was, this is also a key ingredient to nitro glycerine. When you "spoil" with nitro glycerine it blows up.

At least make good jokes guys, there is a serious issue at hand.

you're also guilty for the killin of thousands every year. its bullcrap like this that gets published constantly to take your mind off that fact. that way we can continue to drive gas guzzling cars, not pay taxes towards destroying the middle east and deal with unfair trade at the profit of all these corporations and governments.

Sounds like a bunch of unconfirmed scientific babble to me. I'll wait for everyone to run to the doors first before I make my escape from this deadly school substance. : /

bah you guys.

Ok well I'm sure there are some of you that haven't read about this yet.

DHMO is indeed water. DiHydrogen (2 hydrogen atoms) monoxide (1 Oxygen) This makes our friendly substance we use and drink down everyday.

Once you read over all the facts, they remain facts. If inhaled it may cause drowning

go0rf : Shutup

this is merely an excercise to keep you thinking critically and not falling victim to what we call "american syndrome" even if your not technically one.

I knew it wouldnt last that long because its pretty popular, but the fact that a city in the metro area of illinois were 86% against this deadly DHMO is crazy!

We need to re anylize things before we form opinions

I figured you bunch fo nerds would catch on... silly people.

Either way it made me think, of course it was like 8:00 AM when I was half way listening to my teacher yap about this crap. Then He revealed it and I was like whoa... coool

Edit: It was a bit more convincing when my teacher told us, mainly for the reason that he talks like that anyways. I'm sure you guys didn't recognize that to be normal speech for me

good old DHMO...It almost killed me once...ahh good times...

This site is a weird joke;

Quote: "Some call Dihydrogen Monoxide the "Invisible Killer"
Others think dihydrogen monoxide should be Banned
Dihydrogen Monoxide is linked to gun violence
Dihydrogen monoxide was found at every recent school shooting
Athletes use DIHYDROGEN MONOXIDE, or DHMO, to enhance performance
Dihydrogen Monoxide has been found in our rivers, lakes, oceans and streams
Dihydrogen Monoxide is a major component of acid rain
Thousands die each year after inhaling dihydrogen monoxide
Dihydrogen Monoxide can be deadly "

My god its in our water supply we're doomed!!!

Thats why I'm gonna be a politician, cheat my way out of paying taxes and ride a bike to work...then by being a politician, I'd be killing oh so much more...typically I'd be boring the nation to death and would later be linked to having attempting genocide on my own race and would be deeemed a terrorist to the nation and shot...
