I am currently working on a project which calls for outside files. Everything seems to work fine untill i try to write into one of the files and then i get a message "Error at line ? file already exists". If there is any body who knows what i am doing wrong please tell me. I am currently using darkbasic the enhanced version.

delete file filename$
open / write
endif
