NIK, I'm pretty sure he wasn't just grounded from 3D art. It's an age-old parenting tactic--if you do something wrong, the best way to make sure the kid's punished right is to take away the one thing they enjoy doing the most. In this guy's case, it involved the computer, so he's likely grounded from it, not just the modeling stuff.
As for the 'trend' I was speaking of, it's becoming increasinly clear to me that at least half of the board members are under the age of 18. I'm not saying it's a bad thing, some of these guys are really impressing me as of late, but I was expecting more along the lines of college students and indie developers here instead of the recent string of teenagers I've seen lately.
