Great pack, David - some fantastic tracks in there, lovely work. (And I like your website too).

One issue, though - the format of your free tracks in the pack is MP3: these can't be used commercially in a game without a license allowing the use of that format on top of the composer's terms of use. Hence, most independent game makers use the alternative Ogg Vorbis format, as this prevents any copyright infringements in a commercial venture using music.

Great work though, really top notch.

Well its decent ambient music only problem is with that user agreement theres no way anyone can use this.

Quote: "(3) You can not modify any music (melody or arrangement). "

You'd modify the arangement by only using clips of any one song. The sounds are to big to use in the current state. Track one is 16,000+ kb in ogg format so probly 3 times that in wav( not that you'd use wav). Just using a section and looping that would modifiying the arrangement. Great contribution but re-word the disclaimer.

don't worry locrian, you can cut the track or loop a part of the track, no problem. you can use my tracks for commercial or nor commercial use.

"You can not modify any music (melody or arrangement)". it's only for music use melody that i composed, i mean you can not modify notes (mark) of the melody or record or use my melody with others arrangments.

i hope my explain is clear sorry it's difficult to explain in english.

i hope that help you locrian

see you
bye
