Is there a way to make your screen go onto Night Vision mode while playing? Or is that a script? Or isn\'t it possible at all?

As far as I am aware I have not come across anything related to the changing of ambient lighting over time.

With resort to the source code if the commands are available I guess it might be possible. If so I am sure someone will do it eventually.

At the moment though not that I am personally aware of.

You can, someone create a night vision script, don't recall who. It was last year or so and it actually worked. You picked up an item and then you could press enter to switch it on and off

At first the script & item were given away for free, later you had to pay for it, if I recall correctly.

Do a search on night vision and you may actually stumble on it.
