This is the first building from my upcoming pack of war torn buildings. The stairs are climbable. This is free for any use in fpsc. Comments welcome and screenshots of ingame usage would be great. Credits in a published game would also be nice.


Just unzip the contents of the zip file to your entitybank/user folder and place as an entity.

Fantastic Man! I'll test this out when i get home from work and see how it works in an actual test. Now as an entity, do the stairs still work like normal stairs?

Teabone, yes, you can walk up the stairs, you have to jump to the broken part, done on purpose. This is piece 1 of 12 ruins and they all kind of go together like a puzzle. I basically gave this one away for free to get some feedback.

Reality, thats an actual pic of the interior of a castle nearby. I just did a simple cubic mapping to get it out for free. I may change the texture, then again maybe not,,it is free btw and I have seen worse..lol.even by me..lol.

Thanks Fred. Since I cant do characters or weapons, I figure I can make good use of my imagination and art skills and make some war related items since thats what a lot of people seem to be into.

I just finished my ruined city level, and now everyone will be able to do ruined cities....

No, I'm only kidding, it's a really cool building man. Looks very proffesional, but will entities be able to stand in it? Or will the fall through the floor?!

I have found a lot of problems making building entites with floors, so I have made mine without a floor. I use Signs II to make floors that go with them and they wont create problems with getting stuck and such. I havent noticed any problems with enemies. I think that they actually climbed these stairs once.

I did search, however there are a few threads regarding your building models and it's kind of confusing.

Are you still working on your "War Damaged Buildings Pack"? or did you give the models away free (Staminas Model Pack is now free)?
