OK, so how do you verify what version of DBP you have? I just got mine from TGC direct and evertyhing just says v1.005. The version history notes only go up to 5.5?

I thought 6.2 was the latest? I want to import Google SketchUp files. That would be cool!

Hi Railgun,

Go to the Help menu, then click About, and it will show the version number. I purchased mine recently ( a little over a week ago) and it shows v1.062

What the duce! Mine just came in the mail today and it says 5.5? The whole reason I ordered from TGC direct was to get the latest version. I could have purchase an old version locally!

Doesn't matter what version is when you buy it as the update to latest version 6.2b is free anyway - just goto update page on main TGC website and download it.

Ah, well, so it seems. Guess I should have just bought the digital version or purchased locally. I didn't even get any stamps from the UK for my wait. Oh well... Just wanted to verify I didn't have the latest version before I ran the update.

I ran upgrade 6.2b and it still says 1.055 - I just ignore it, I know I've run the update, and if it hasn't actually been applied ... Well, I'm always moaning about DBP, that'll just give me something else to moan about.

Yea, I have to say, I love the "feature" where just because you compile, doesn't mean your source is saved, or it doesn't warn you when you close a source file that hasn't been saved.

Lost more than a few lines of code because of that
