Hello yet again everyone,

Ive just finished another pistol, and this time it is the famous Beretta.
See attached for screenies - I will next post 3ds, anim8or (I make all my weapons in it) and the texture file.
Note: Ive just noticed there is a small blue triangle on one of the screenshots - this is merely from when i was cropping, and its not on texture itself

C&C welcome as always!

Yours in gaming,
Dan

You're really coming along fast. I'd look into animating them and getting them into FPSC, and re-release them as freebies to the community. Then think about putting together your own little pack of commercial weapons; you could make a little pocket money here, as well as other places.

Keep at it.

All my weapons I've done so far (And any other simple-ish ones) will indeed be released, after everything the community has done for me.
I am gonna have a go at animating on blender (Ill follow some tuts )
So yeah.. Youve pretty much realised all my future plans by accident

Anymore thoughts, people?

Dan.

it looks very nice, though cut down the polygons a bit, it seems to look like a meshsmooth on it. Also, i know its a pain, and so much easier to just planar map from the side, bet get into UV mapping the whole model, leaving the sides stretched will stick out like a sore thumb in the First person perspective window

great job though, keep it up!

You know, come to think of it, I've never used planar mapping before; I don't know why, I just never have. Granted my UV Maps were pretty loose, with lots of space all around, but we all get better as time goes on I suppose.
