In the same directory as your executables is the easiest way. You can make another directory inside, for example "images" and then :
load image "images\img1.jpg", 1, 1

The sleeper must awaken !

Also, just so you know. If you use ".." in the path name, it will take you one folder back.

So, for example if your current directory is "game\images" and you want to load an image from the game folder, you can type:

load image "..\image.bmp", 1

The right man in the wrong place can make all the difference in the world.
