As everyone knows, threads lock if they aren't replied to in a long time... It appears I can still edit my posts in these threads.

This probally is an age old bug, and I don't know what I am asking anyways. I was just wondering if this IS an age old issue, I would probally venture the guess that instead of locking it the system probally just turns off the reply box (which might technically mean that one could send in a post request manually). Which inturn would still point to the same fact.

Either way, just curious.

Wisemen are hard to find, they are tarnished by sayings and quotes that are not of their true nature.

I believe that you can only do it to one of your own threads, not someone elses locked thread you posted in. I could be wrong, but it seems like that is the case.

In any even, an edit does not bump a thread, so it doesn't really matter. I use it all the time to post pictures in old threads that no one will see, for use in new threads.
