Do a forum search and look through the resources sticky.
There is a wide variety of free and low cost horror media available.
From a free web to zombies to retextures to music and so on.
And check this out:

You will find some free stuff there as well as Gravematter...a hooror pack for FPSC.
While you are there do yourself a favor and purchase Magic FPS as well.
