hate to break your dream but thats at least 5 years away of practicing and experimentation before you should embark on something as large as an mmorpg.
start with smaller projects and mini examples that you can plug into your larger game shell.
practice with variables and commands and conduct little tests of things until things become clearer.

Realm craftors editor is kinda slow and some what confusing at first. most of the scripts that come stock are garbage. If you are going to use this program to create an mmorpg you are going to put alot of work in to it and then once you grasp the language you will probably revamp many areas of the your game. I own this engine and haven't touched it in some time. though I will get back to it as soon as I finish some of the other projects that I am working on.

If you can get a team of people (2-3) and at least 1 can script/program and the others can do art and animation, then you can probably pull this type of project off. However, you should probably take a few months to teach yourself basic programming or 3D before you start this project.

As for Realm Crafter, it is pretty good in my opinion, as long as you have your own media and textures, and as long as you can script it can produce some decent games.
