I gave up drinking, it wasnt that great any way. Plus I cant really drink any more, as Iam diabetic, so it would suck if I liked to drink.

Ummm... Most hippies were alcoholics and drug abusers if I am not mistaken...

And yes, alcohol can be classified as a drug. Afterall, when not used medically, or abused, there are many adverse effects on the body. It effects all your senses and awareness.

Not to mention you end up with a pretty liver...

Sigh. Do we have to have the googled report? I mean we aren't kids and most of us are fairly intelligent. It's fairly well known alcohol (esp. in high doses) is bad for you. You don't like it fine. Just stop with the reports. Otherwise I will dig out a report explaining the downsides of water, salad, air, whatever. Now go and google the benefits of alcohol. And I'm not talking about feeling good and making you not so uptight.
