On my PC the clock instead of Saying 11:05 AM it says 11:05??????, it is a really annoying problem and I do not know how to get rid of it

Cocacola and Pepsi aren't that differnt. Deal with it.

My Print Scrren button isn't working so well, is there another way to take a screenshot?

it might be that your language has been changed over and that it can not display the characters - so right click the task bar, go to tool bars and makes sure the language bar is ticked, then check that it is uk english or whatever

And to change it, goto regional/language options in the control panel, click customize on the first tab, and change the time format to lowercase hh, and it will be a 12hr clock.

Alot less likely, but possible...your CMOS might be wigging out on you, since time is held there.

hmm...another possible power issue on the 5volt line...try a new power supply.

yes, the battery, or the cmos...it happens.
