I recently bought a TI-84plus, and I just can´t stand writing any longer program on the calculator itself. Does anyone know of a computer program which can compile .8xp files?

The TI link software can act as an IDE to make code for a calculator. Then just grab yourself a TI-emulator, get an image for it, and use that to test it.

Or just learn to navigate your menus better and faster. Then you shouldn't have any problems at all.

Well, it's a pain in the ass to type letters onto it.
Also, you have to enter the catalog to find certain characters, i. e an exclamation point.
I've wondered about how to link it to my computer too, but I've never had the time too actually look into the matter.

No it's not, it's just like learning a keyboard. All it takes is practice. And the exclimation point is just [MATH] [LEFT] [4]. Most other characters are avaliable very fast through menus as well, except the really obscure ones.

You need a special usb/graph link cable that you can probably buy from any Office Max.

It seems like I have to learn the keyboard then, thanks anyway!

@Rudolpho:

Sorry for all the swedish...

@Rudolpho:
