Sorry, but yes it is currently untitled. But don't let that make you think I didn't put effort into this. Please continue reading as it is actually coming along very nicely I think. It is currently unnamed for 2 reasons: My creativity is somewhat limited. What do you name a generic Online Capture the flag game??

Now I will get down to what I do have.

Game loads user "config.cfg" file storing display mode and control configurations.

-----------------------------------------------------------

Gun and map loading system
Instead of having to edit the code for loading new maps and guns, I made it so all I have to do is put a '.txt' file with the same name as map or gun in the respective folder and it will load scaling, rotation, position, shooting sound file, and rate of fire data for the gun. Or Scaling, rotation, position, player spawn points, and flag locations, for the maps.
I currently have 5 guns: 3 machine guns, a shotgun, and a sniper rifle (The sniper rifle was modelled by myself in anim8or)

-----------------------------------------------------------

Data sending
Player data such as location are sent using memblocks.
kill data sent as integers.
Fully functional chat system
Players can press (default 'u') key to start typing a message, or (default 'y') key for Team message. Messages scroll accurately when array is full and each message is displayed for a fixed amount of time. Messages also sent when players are killed or when flags are taken, dropped, or captured.

----------------------------------------------------------

Player movement
Player movement includes using (default "WASD")keys for moving. Jumping and Ducking work.
Collisions
Upgraded to sparky's collision DLL.

----------------------------------------------------------

Bullet holes, and blood sprays (screenshots below)
Player scores and ping
Models: Have 1 map, 5 guns, and flag model. Need player models (Currently using cubes)
Attach gun models to player models
Dedicated server hosting
Admin capabilities

If anyone would like to contribute to my project, I am in need of MAP's or player models. Models can be in any supported DBPro format or the following other formats: '.lwo' '.obj' '.an8'. EMail to laptop-44@hotmail.com. I will be very greatful for any contributions. Thank you.

Looks cool. I think it's a bit ironic that someone has the time to type hello in an action fps but it's funny

@Lucifer: Lol, what's 'furry Jesus'? Actually, to keep this on topic why dont you email me about it

Here is a demo:
( unnavailable )

It doesn't have the .exe, so you will have to compile it. If anyone would like to test this by connecting to me just IM me at:
laptop-44@hotmail.com

If you would like to test it on one computer. Run the application twice and leave the IP blank.

If you would like to edit Resolution and make it not run in a window open up the file "config.cfg". The numbers are width, height, depth, and VSync respectively. The last number is 1 for window, and 0 for full-screen.

Don't pay attention to the media, pay attention to the multiplayer aspect of it. press 'u' to type a message. 'y' to send a TEAM message. Players can grab enemy flag, and they drop it when they die. After certain time limit the flags go back. It's still nothing great, but I am dedicated to this project and I will see that it is completed.

I have added a few more things. As of now I have 5 guns: 2 machine guns, a sub-machine gun, shotgun, and sniper rifle. They are nice models, textures aren't too great though. I have also added fast accurate bullet holes: (screenshot)
http://www.geocities.com/temp4files4/bullets.jpg

And I have added blood decals spraying on the walls when a player is killed:
http://www.geocities.com/temp4files4/blood.jpg

NOTE: The blood image is just a square colored red. Now that it works all I have to do is find a nice blood spray image. The bullet hole image actually turned out better than I expected using paint.

I have also added a decent sky sphere, as well as a few adjustments to making engine more secure. I would still appreciate any media contributions to the areas I am currently lacking.

They look like the same screenshots to me...

I'm guessing furry jesus would be the anti-christ? Don't get me? Watch all three parts of 'Woodland Critter Christmas' (Southpark) on Youtube. You'll probably get it then.
