Does any know how I set the physics always active (in the physics section of an object) to yes within an entity script.

The physics itself can be set on an off in the entitie script by addind physics = 1 or physics = 0, but I've got no clue how to control the phyiscs always active.

After placing your entity into your level, right click on it, scroll down to Physics and change Always Active (no) to yes by clicking in the field and selecting it.

Nevermind Benjamin, I just realized you need the code for a script.

unless I am wrong (and I very well may be) collisionless objects do not have physical interactions with the world, therefore using coloff and colon may achieve the same thingy.

That would work in a scipt perhaps, but I'm not sure if that would work in the entity scrips, since different commands are being used there, which aren't used in scripting and vica versa.

I want to set it to yes in the .fpe (entity control) files, not in the .fpi (script)

uhh... ben. You are really starting to confuse me, you want to have a script that uses file io? You know FPI doesn't do that :p. You have to edit variables stored in memory anyways, not the files. Either way, I am 90% certain that entitys, no mater if they are characters or not, can be collisionless.
