um, this isn't a retexture, it's just the original texture with a filter put on it. That doesn't give you the right to re-distribute it. This is a public forum. Anyone (even those who don't own FPSC) can log on and download what you've posted, and I suspect that you don't have TGC's permission to re-distribute what is effectively still their texture.
And just so you don't think this is just me being out-of-order, Uman says this in the sticky at the top of the page:
