I have 2 images created of a 'space invader'. However i cannot seem to get them to change from one to the other as in the real game. How do i go about this?

If they are two images-

+ Code Snippet

`two images
load image "spaceinvader1.bmp",1
load image "spaceinvader2.bmp",2
sprite 1,0,0,1
img=1
do
if delay+200<timer()
   if img=1
      set sprite image 1,2
      img=2
   else
      set sprite image 1,1
      img=1
   endif

or if you make them into one image, across from each other-

I haven't tested the code, but it should work.
I don't know which is faster, using one image or two.

thanks very much, just wondering if you could help me out with this:

i need to get my gun to move to the left and right when the arrow keys are pressed, but cant seem to be able to do it.
