Hello,

I was planning on using Milkshape to create segments such as walls with holes/cracks, broken floors (with holes/cracks), crumbling walls/floors (sort of like ruins).
Now I know I can do these in Milkshape and export as .x files. I can use the segment creator to make them FPSC usable.

The questions I had were :

1. Is there a size constrain I need to stick to when I make the segments?
2. What about the polys? Do I make them as low as possible (and hope I cant walk through) or make them hi poly detailed (and hope not to get stuck)?
3. Any other parameter I need to be aware of?
4. I have read that the segment creator (from TGC) is kind of buggy and needs high sys reqs. Any other good segment creator you can suggest?
5. Has anyone here successfully figured out how to make segments (which are not walls/floors)? (Maybe something like a old ruin which would cover say 5*5*3 game tiles?)

Any help/suggestions/advice shall be greatly appreciated.

p.s: As for the broken/crumbling walls, I would be making normal walls too (for uniformity). Will the broken walls merge well (no gaps or overlaps) with the normal walls?
