Depends on what you are good and HOW you want to make movies to be used has cut-scenes.

a) You can use fraps, for screen capturing,
b) Modeling Program for our animations (but you need the models and bla bla bla crap)
c) A webcam/normal cam, etc., i think this one is pretty obvious...

My love is seperated in 2 parts, 1 of them is 3ds Max 7, the other; FPSC.

You can also try buying the movies. What ive done for some of mine is to draw a bunch of still frames that are kick *** good, and go into windows movie maker, from there you can add effects and rotate them in other applictions to look cool, then flash them about every 5 seconds with story lines. looks pretty good if its done right. Its kinda like the opeing to the X-Files

uhhh, I use fraps, it is useful, just make a multiplayer game and have your friends or someone else, to act out the parts.

I think that sceduling a time for your friends to come on your game and then you record it and add voices works the best. but i havnt tried. it just seems easier than programing.

hmmm, yea you could do that, unless you need specific coreographic (is that spelled right) movements, like jumping shooting correctly, crouching, all at the right moments.

it's the way of doing it for people like me with no scripting knowledge.

Why don't you just lock the player cam? And make the enemys invicible? (or place a few invisbile thingys here and there to catch the bullets?)
