So fake it's unbelievable. Starts with lighter in right hand, then suddenly switches to left, and for projectile poo to burst a hole through his underpants would be quite a feat.

I think its meant to be blood, as if he had cut his intestines open with the fire going up his arse, but that wouldnt happen and even if it did go up his arse, it would burn him, not spray blood out.
