i dont know f there is any oher way to do this. I have an invisible limb behind my main object, i want my object to detect collision, but i dont want the limb to detect collision since when i back up into another object, the limb isnt letting my main oject touch the other object.

i think what i wrote is kinda confusing, so let me explain it better.

i have a car that i can drive around a city. i also have a limb behind the car on which the camera is orinted at (and it works well, and i dont wanna do it any other way so don't tell me to remove the limb). the car gets detected by buildings for collision, this making it impossible for a car to go through building.
the problem with the limb is, its placed behind the car, so when the car backs up into a building, the invisible limb behind the car doesent let it touch the building. is there a way to make it so that one paticular limb doesent detect or get detected by collision?

its not the answer you are looking for but how about when you back up the car you swing the camera around to the front.

question can you start off in the position you wish to back into?

I know you dont want to remove the limb but remove the limb and assign the camera to an offset to the body limb of the car.

carbody -===- camera offset to this limb
