FPSC Classic Models and Media / loading a biped in 3ds max?

hey guys.
I looked in the reference of 3ds max and still couldent figure out how to load up a biped file in 3ds max 8.
How would i go about loading one and applying it to a character?

Oh and bond, in your tutorial when you scale,move,rotate that big triangle with the different axises come up when you click on a part of the model. how do i make that show up. i think i might have accidentaly hidden it

Hit "x"...and dont tell me you read the 3dmax documentation.
This isn't a 3dmax forum.......Look in your documentation.
