yea, ofcourse its in free model section....and everybody can download it . its just told dat i have to give him credits if only i use it..!

You misunderstand me; do you have authority to put it up here for download? That is what is meant by re-distribution. You can put up a link to the model at Turbosquid, but you have to be a member to get anything from them. You just circumvented that by putting it up here for download.

I removed the link to the model. Just find the model on Turbosquid, and link to that page from here. Then if someone wants it, they can sign up and grab it.
