FPSC Classic Models and Media / Milkshape Problem

Hi

Recently i formatted my computer == Lost all my models == and i re-installed Milkshape put my serial code in made a few models but i cannot texture them :S i make it select it Materials New Find texture Add -- Assign-- Nothing Happens.

Please Help.

Btw Just re-ordered FPSC from amazon Coming tommorrow so i can show you some of my models while i upload them.

um,,,why ask us,,contact support for Milkshape,,it's their product. I am sure someone would help if it were a simple problem,,but this sounds like it's a milkshape error.

When you load the texture into Milkshape you may have to rename it before you assign it.
Since I usually use another program to texture my models I am not sure though.
Stamina's advice is the best.
Check out the Milkshape forums.
That would be the best bet to find your answer.
I just have a question that has been bugging the heck out of me...
Why do people ask questions like these on the FPSC forums?
I understand asking questions about FPSC but if you have a third party app like Milkshape or 3ds Max why wouldn't you go to their sites for support?
Just wondering...

Well i just thought the first place i would come was here because i know people like modeling and i thought that people would know here thats why people do it i think

Still cant find a cure to that BUG some one uses 1.6.4 Which sorted it but cant find it anywhere :S Please help.

did you right-click into the 3D-Window and selected "Textured" ?
