I'm just learning how to use anim8or so please bear with me. How do you save a texture for import into fpsc. Please look at what happens when I use the entity in FPSC.

export as an .obj then download UV mapper CLASSIC from here and install it, then open the model in UV mapper and go to edit->new UV map-> box, then save the model and the texture map and you should be able to texture from there.

I don't think UV's are the problem. If you look at picture texture is all there it just has a red tinge over the top.
GeoNeo could you post your files? I could have a look to see what is happening.

Thank you all for your help. I did d/l the UV mapper and I'm playing around with it now. Here are the files fik.

The model does need uv map really. The diffence in colour seems what ever you used to convert the texture file to tga has made it very red.Also anim8or render has specular etc which the fpsc file will not have.
