Ok, so I reinstalled xp on this new partition. So I was going on the C;/ volume for the data in my old user, and it is locked. Not the "In use", but I locked it from outside use. I tried using linux, but my dvdram drive doesnt have drivers on linux, and I tried using "dvdram" "dvdrom" "cdrom", ect for the dev, but it wont work. So basically, is there a program that can access locked files on windows (Locked from the admin account)
