Hello i just got a frujitsu labtop and its very old and it has windows 98 on it i try to put files on it and it wont work

any suggestions

Ummm, what doesn't work? Do the programs not work? Do the files refuse to copy? What exactly is the problem?

put files on it


via network?
install the extra networking components on the Win98se CD
then check your tcp / ip control panel and set to DHCP
restart

via cdrom?
check the machine with a Live version of linux like ubuntu or something and test a disk.

via floppy?
check to see the device is lodged correctly in the bay.




perhaps your labtop is borken

Perhaps the user is broken? It's error reporting systems seem to be offline anyway.
