Interesting design... I quite like the sketched look of the header and the arrow but I dont think it goes with the Serif font family. Take, for example, this site:
http://www.angrydonuts.com/

I think that works better with the sketch style because it uses a sans-serif font (like arial, helvetica, etc).

Plus sans serif fonts work better on screens anyway (compared to serif).

And dare I ask what the red stuff is on the left character who has someone pointing and laughing at them while looking utterly confused... I have a bad feeling I know.

Ok, thanks for posting. I have looked through different fonts, and I will probably be using custom fonts in flash. Thanks for the comments. (By the way, the character that was laughing kicked the guy in the nads so hard his legs fell off....

I'd say might look better centered. And the stickman banner is...wierd.

The stickman banner is supposed to be weird.

IMO the overall looking is promising.
Anyway I would make the "Twinkee..." logo in your own personal font, having it integrated with the drawing.
Ok for the side links, which I'd put below the top logo.
The arrow doesn't fit in, it should be polished

The drawing style is interesting... good luck for the website!

Thank you, thsnk you. The logo will be changed whenever I have the time to draw out Twinkee Media, the arrow is going to be changed, its just a placeholder.
