I has a sticky situation. How do I import .x files into Milkshape 3D, I remember its not through import, but I don't remember exactly how.

tools -> directx meshtools

you then click the open file icon (looks just like windows folder icon) and browse to your .x file.

Then click the import icon (looks like a windows save icon)

You can opt to make the mesh denser or sparse using the other icons, but you can do those in milkshape too.

do a search for "AccuTrans 3D" on google and download the program, it converts pretty much all model file types.
