The one where you can change the megahertz and things- it's in system font and has a cyan background i think. I switched on my comp with things on top of the keyboard and this came up, and i may have changed some things accidentally. Think i set the cpu too high frequency and had a load of crashing before i got the menu back again (somehow) and turned it down as low as it would go. Now fewer problems, but still crashing quite a lot- how do i get this menu back again?

usually things like that are in your bios settings.
you have to restart and press f2 f10 or delete depending on what your motherboard has in store.
