I've seen alot of things around here like this, and i need to improve my PS Skills, so i decided to take requests on game backgrounds, all i need is:
A game name
A theme for the background
Colours
A render of a model from the game (optional)
and any additional info (eg release date, moto etc.)

and heres a preveiw of what i did in a few minutes.

i have read almost every PS tut you can google for, and that image is entirley brushes (including the anime).

anyway, heres yours shineboy. i hope its alright i did my best.
It's attached and has the usual 3 sizes (1024x768, 800x600, 640x 480)


*note: the image contains a small copyright notice, it should be hidden by the task bar when set as a background though.

If you want any changes just tell me.

Knowing Screwed overs work, this thread should have been shut down long ago. I'm betting dollars to donuts that the images used of the anime style characters in the first 2 images were not made by screwed over. This "rendering", as they call it, though done by many people world wide is not actually legal. They call it rendering but all it is is croping out an image you like and placing it on background. I've read many of these 'render' sites and have to laugh how they say 'their' work cant be used without permission.

Funny, when I spoke with Michael Dashow concerning this topic he said it's funny casue Blizzard never gives the rights for the use of the images to it's games. Not even Michael can give the images away(casue he created them on Blizzards watch) or use them and he's the one who created such characters as the Barbarian, the Socerress, The fallen, and none other then the big dog himself Diablo, of DiabloII fame.

I'm sure this practice holds true for any artist/company image and not just those of Blizzard.

actually locrain, those images are made with brushes, as far as i am aware the person that supplied them made them themselves and it was for use as an example, however you are right that this thread has died, my threads seem to have a habbit of doing this.... also recentley i upgraded my pc and causing the new motherboard rejected the hard disc, i am sorry for anyone that wanted one but at present i am working on a seperate project in DBpro and have not got enough free time to continue, i will try and get those already requested done and posted, sorry for the long post.

Wow screwed over, you must show me the tut for that bloody font effect, unless its just a font with a brush/pen tool in the middle, if its that, then im far less impressed, but they do look good.
