Mario was pretty good, the hobbit song is several notches below leonard nimoy's.

That was not funny at all, it was really crap. A Horse's 'dong' is more of a laugh.

4 real? - if so I'm disgusted - I hate when they do crud like this, they won't make a Hobbit movie but they'll cash in with some punk writer trying to be JRRT, I hope fans boycott such nonsense.

Something before the Hobbit? I've got a few massive books on all sort of stuff that happens in middle earth and the undying lands. I don't want anymore. IT's classic, and I want new series, not the same ones by worse authors...

It was written by J.R himself and his son has cleaned it up, the story was written at around the same time as lotr.

it was very convoluted in many areas, his son cleaned it up and released it as with the Silmarillion.

JRR Tolkien has written numerous books about middle-earth, some which cover the history, like the war of the ring and other background into the Lord of the Rings storyline. Hell, the guy even documented the elvish language if I remember correctly. He seemed to be obsessed with his own world, which is a good thing if you like everything to have a strong background

the redeeming aspect of this song is the rediculous rendition of the LOTRs theme. I never knew i wanted to hear it played on a synth kazoo.

I don't have a sig, live with it.

There's lots of extra LOTR stuff, hell JRRT even did a book of sketches of middle earth - I imagine these days JRRT would be a videogame designer .

I'm sceptical, I mean it's fairly nicely timed, too convenient if you ask me. I love the storyline in the Hobbit, it's like a macro version of LOTR but with more personality - I just don't think a new book would be anything but disapointing, like erm, Silmarillon .
