I've made a quick model of a samari sword, but i don't know how to make it available to use on FPSC as a melee weapon ..... any tips?

thats quite good, i would like some screenshots of a different view and also to know why there are rings around the hilt, btw its called a katana.

The model is great except i dont know why there are rings around the handle. I would just simply remove them.

Yeah. Nice contribution to those that would need it but those rings can be achived in the texture at a much reduced polygon count.

he used metaseq, its free
and really simple to use.

you have to install an english translation to view the English but it only takes a minute
