I searched the forum on this ubject and found one responce but it didn't really make sense because i can't script to save my life.

I have music playing as the ambient track. I walk into a story zone that launches a video. The music plays through the video, ruining the effect.

How can i disable the ambient music for this End-game video?

If you are using a story zone don't you have the option of picking some kind of audio.
Maybe doing that will start whatever you pick and stop the track in question.
I am not quite sure if that is what you are talking about or if it will work but that is what I think just off the top of my head.

I thought it would cut the sound playing in the background out, when you enter a story zone?

I would also like to know how to stop the music from playing, but its not going to kill me if I dont find the answer.

Just reduce the music level to zero while the plr's within the zone
and increase it back to 50 or whatever when you leave the zone.
You can find the music commands in the manual.

Nue B. or not Nue B. That is the question.

AE,
You might check out the v1.04 RC1 update.
I think there are some adjustments to the sound zones in it.

Mine starts fine.I just have some minor weapons issues...
I backed up my FPSC folder (took 2 1/2 hours) so if the new update caused any major damage I could just erase it and restore the backed up folder.
If someone has issues with FPSC 1.04 RC1 not functioning properly they need to e-mail Lee with the proper info and/or post about in in the Bug Reports forum and/or the 1.04 thread in the Product Chat forum.
Nothing wrong with being careful though.
