Hello all, I'm new here, but not to the game making scene. I've been doing this since 1997. I've done models for several popular, and not so popular mods over the years, including Action Quake 2, Action Half Life and Action Unreal Tournament.

Anyway, here are my teaser renders of the 3 packs I am working on. These models are all textured, have complete animations, and with a little more work, I should be able to get them into FPS Creator in the next week or two. These packs are all guns, my favorite thing to model, texture, and animate.

Pack 1 - Pistols

In this pack are the following pistols:
-HK USP2000
-Sig Pro
-Ruger P89D
-*Fictional* Walther P99D
-Beretta 96FS
Each pistol will include and single and dual, or Akimbo, model, for a total of 10 models.

Pack 2 - Long Guns

In this pack are the following guns:
-Famas
-IMI Tavor
-OA93
-*Fictional* HK MC51K
-Colt M4
-Sawn Off Double Barreled shotgun, aka the Hand Cannon
-HK MP5K CQB PDW
-FN FNC
-Thompson M1A1
-Combat Remington 870 Shotgun

Pack 3 - More Pistols

In this pack are the following pistols:
-Walther PP
-Glock 19 with tac-light
-Walther Custom Target Pistol with RDS
-Beretta M84F
-Beretta 9000S
Each pistol will include and single and dual, or Akimbo, model, for a total of 10 models.

I'll post more teaser renders as I get closer to release.

Those guns look really great! but are they too high poly for fpsc?

He's probably just got smoothing turned on when rendering. They look low poly enough. If' he's been Modding for various game mods, than he knows how many polys he can get away with.

Hello, and nice models. I believe you failed to mention this, but i could be wrong, you said you were getting them into FPSC. does that mean you be selling/giving these away, or just showing us and making us want them?

You're right, I didn't mention what I am doing with them once I get them into FPSC. At this point my intention is to give away one of the packs when its complete, and if recieved well, sell the others. To be honest, this is a semi new concept to me, and I may just end up giving them all away like I have been for years. In the very least I intend to contribute some content to this community for free. Beyond that, I can't say 100%.

Thanks for the compliments guys. The poly counts vary from the very low poly to the more high poly. These are meant to be used as view weapon models, not world models. Now world models, thats something I forgot about, and will also be making and including in the packs. The poly count on the view model is not nearly as important as the poly count on world models. I could go into a long drawn out essay on this, but I won't bother. I won't release anything that is going to impact game performance significantly.

First off nice models. And secondly, here-here on your actually giving to the community prior to trying to rape their wallets.

Wow second post where some newer guys aren't being self centered and are actually producing a good product. This could set a trend if you guys are'nt carefull.

Anyways good luck on this

Hello, and lovely looking models. I certainly won't mind getting my wallet out to purchase what looks to be great quality models. I'm sure your work will be very well received here.

Welcome, and best of luck with the modelling.

that is quite kind of you. I will try the free one, and if I like it, i will buy another (or the rest). do you have any clue as to which one will be the free one?

If you are taking requests, there is one gun I would like you to make. if you say yes I will post pictures. If you include it in one of the packs, it would go with rifles, if you just post it seperate, its still a rifle. just tell and I will post the pictures of it.

Just so happens I'm a fan of the movie. Heres a WIP after an hour of messing around.

I'll keep hacking at it.
