hi, I was just thinking that in some of the users screenshots there is a city environment, is it a part of a model pack or can you create something like that yourself?

If you mean the skybox, it comes with fpsc. Go to build game -> level settings -> Global Script -> Click edit -> Under level setup you should see sky, click the "..." next to it and browse to ww2/cty/cty.x then click ok and stuff.
