Newcomers DBPro Corner / Randomize Matrix doesn't work

Randomize matrix never seems to work for me.

I thought randomize matrix was supposed to raise different areas of the matrix to make it more "map-like", but when I run it, it's just a flat matrix.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

I used this code in DBPro:


Please help.
