Does anyone know of any DLLs that allow you to capture images/video from external cameras? Is there a windows command to do this?
Thanks

If it is a live feed, then I don't beleive there is anything for it. I tried to do a similar project before, but there was no way to achieve it.

Don't give up trying to find something. You never know, something may come up.

You might be able to build an interface using Twain.dll or Twain32.dll or Twain_32.dll .

These basically allow the exchange of digital data between a datasource (scanner, digital camera, etc.) and an application.

Enjoy your day.
