Can somoene show me how to make a random terrain every time it runs? The terrain needs to have hills. Thanks.

there is the randomize matrix command, but that doesn't really give you hills.

Sounds like you may need to look into Fractal Landscape generation.

You could use a fractal formula to create a grey scale bitmap which is then used as a height map for a Matrix. You then look at each point on the bitmap and adjust the points on a matrix to create the landscape.

Does that make sense? I'm thinking of doing the same sort of thing myself, but won't be able to start until end of May, so can't help much apart from the above idea.
