I was wondering if anyone has managed to make a script where you drop you weapons (or a weapon i'm not picky)I have found a command that could be useful plrdrop. but I havent had time to try anything yet.

Not sure that can be done at the monment or that the plrdrop command works at all - I dont think it does but may be incorrect. If it does then I would be happy.

me too i'm working on it so I can make a turret level using the minigun with infident ammo and plrspeed 0 wile standing on a motionless lift.

There is a plrdrop command in the manuaul (if you have the time to look that over)

{edit} okay I'm starting to seiriosly work on it becuase my game depends on it I thought maybe If the zone cold make you lose all your ammo that would work too. C'mon people 117 veiws and 5 messages 3 of them mine. dosen't anybody have the foggiest Idea how to do this?

Ok here is the script so far I've still got to reinstall fpsc after it crapped out on me to test it but it might work. I'm a still a bit new to scripting so I'm not expecting it to work just yet. If you wan't to test the script (and comment on it about any problems) for me that would be appreiciated. To use it just put a weapon or key (only one of these entities may work) with the name bob1 or something, then place a triggerzone and in the "MAIN" field put in my script and in the "IFUSED" field put in bob1 or whatever you called your entity. Then set your sound for when you drop the entity (this is optional and is in no way necessary). Then test your level. if you come across any problems then post them here.

the programmer,

There have always been a number of script commands in the manual that have not been actively working or recongnised by the engine so it seems though I am not sure if any of them have been activated in the current run of Updates except perhaps for the recent settargetname command addition which in My case I cant get to work thus far either.

whoops sorry nvm I have tested the zone and I have almost got it to work with a key just hold on and I should know wether it works or not by saturday.
