Microsft,XNA and Garage games are relesing programs, that you can make Xbox 360 games with....of course for a $100 anually fee.

Just lookin for some kool stuff and found an interesting rumour....microsoft says its relesing a dev kit for anyone to buy for $100...though i doubt it will be as good as the ones the big companies will be getting..
